Bill Plympton fans rejoice! Not only is Idiots and Angels part of the at Festival but also his short film Shut-Eye Hotel. I'm also looking forward to seeing The Goblin Man of Norway by Jay Cheel (from Film Junk) which looks haunting and creepy.
