Fast, Furious and Monsters top the Canadian, North American & UK Box Office April 4, 2009 Weekend

Fast & Furious made a strong debut and quickly bumped Monsters vs. Aliens off the top spot for biggest opening weekend in 2009 for Canada & the US. Considering it's only April we could be seeing this happen again and again over the next few months until the summer blockbusters hit. But, what I want to know is where is Two Lovers playing in Canada? It hit the charts at 17 but so far I've only heard that it opens next week. Anyone lucky enough to see it yet?

I'm surprised to see Watchmen doing so poorly. I thought it was good film, but I'm biased, as I am a total comic book geek. Kung Fu Movies

Cheers!

Whelp, it's still on the charts 5+ weeks after release, so it's not all bad. I think the 18A / R rating didn't help, or the plea for folks to see it more than one. It did do pretty well all things considered.
